BLSD courses in English

The World Food Programme (WFP) in Rome hosts an English Basic Life Support and AED course, certified by the American Heart Association and organized by the Site Squicciarini Rescue AHA (aligned with ITC Cometech ZZ21392). Led by Dr. Marco Squicciarini and ARES 118–qualified instructors, the course teaches adult and pediatric resuscitation, defibrillator use, and choking relief through video-based training and practical exercises. Reserved for WFP staff, it promotes life-saving skills and awareness. Participants receive dual certification from the AHA and Italy’s ARES 118 Regional Emergency Health System.
